ALL BLACKS 'DREAM' OF TWICKERS FINAL
FRIDAY JANUARY 26 - DAVENTRY All Blacks
Rugby Club are bracing themselves for a
massive game in their history for which
victory will put them within two steps
of a showpiece final at Twickenham.
Daventry club officials saw the side
beat Lutterworth 12-8 on Saturday which
sent them into round six of the RFU EDF
Energy Senior Vase.
The win was achieved thanks to four
penalties from the boot of Alex Rose and
the All Blacks first team now await a
showpiece clash against Scarborough at
the club's Stefen
Hill base.
Club chairman John Bell said that the
game against Scarborough was scheduled
to take place on Saturday, February 10
and would be a huge occasion for the
club.
It would be "one of the biggest games of
Rugby that's taken place in Daventry."
